In response to his letter (discussed in a previous blog entry), the company kindly sent him a free black Sharpie pen and the following letter:

... so now that Alisdair has a new Sharpie pen, he can sit down and write all his family and friends Christmas cards! After all, he can't use the excuse that he can't find a pen!
